Cory + Kenzie
Cory & Kenzie,
Although this may be the fifth SERE specialist for the Air Force I've had the sweetest pleasure shooting for, it was also my second time shooting up at Mt Spokane. That's a pretty sweet combo, and to have a sweet, kind hearted lady like Kenzie there too was just amazeballs.
I met Cory close to about 6 years ago, when my oldest brother Anthony graduated SERE training, they used to come over and get drunk.... well that's for another story. I met Kenzie when she used to come out to my parents house with my sis in law, she just fit right in, now the thing you have to know is with the Fischers, once you enter my mahh and pahhs house, your family and that's it! So, naturally Cory & Kenzie felt very much like family.
After a while everyone was like "Gosh! Cory & Kenzie need to date!", then they started dating, then we were all like "Gosh! They need to get married!", well then they got married! And here I am, shooting a moment that in some way shape and form means unity. Engagements not only are a quick session to get some pics to send out with your save the dates, this is the part where I take a little bit about your character, your guys' desires and overall what kind of location suits you. Not only do I do this because I feel like it will look the best, but more importantly, this is the time in your life when you guys said "Yes" to each other. It's a nice feeling knowing you can grow up one day, and show your kids these pictures at the top of this mountain, but more importantly looking back at these pictures and seeing how far you have come, what life you have built together, and all of the lovely things life can bring you.
Cory & Kenzie will make the world better anywhere they go. Whether it is off to Germany for four years, or back home in Connecticut with Cory's family, or in good ole Spokane. To both of you guys... Make the world great, and never lose sight of what God has in store for you!
Peace and love - T
